Thank you everyone for participating in the DOOM x AKOMPLICE Treasure Hunt. We have been notified that the buried treasure has been found! We have yet to see photos from the winner and are assuming that they had someone go to the location, get the treasure and ship it to where they live. Today we show you the pocket watch. This time piece is laser engraved with the DOOM and Akomplice logo on the front. The inside has beautiful roman numerals with DOOM x Akomplice written with plain text. If you look closely below the hands you can see the “Evolution Through Experimentation” slogan. The back is also laser engraved with “Time Is Of The Essence” to tie in with the theme of the treasure hunt and 24 hour purchase window. This item didn’t not come in every box. If a person did not receive the pocket watch they received one of two other rarer items. Timeless.
Each day for the next week we will reveal a new item that was in the DOOM x Akomplice Mystery Box. The first item from the box is the Map. The Map is the key for a treasure hunt that starts today at 5pm PST. If used right, the Map will unlock the coordinates to an actual buried treasure. Let the games begin for the box owners.
