On the Saturday of the SIA Trade Show, Summit Music Hall was poppin with the Akomplice and Snowboard Mag after party. The day of the event the Akomplice team was working hard to get every thing right for the event and art show that Snowboard Mag had invited us to be a part of.  I got a call from Patrick saying I needed to head down to Denver to start the night and bring the last few items and gear for the display. When I got there, shit was already going off… Gorgeous women everywhere, good music like De La Soul’s Maseo, Posso, DJ Craze, and Crookers. What else could you ask for..? Akomplice has not forgotten Valentine’s Day!  To celebrate the event, we’re offering a limited edition Valentine’s capsule collection which includes three distinct pocket tees as well as a 5-panel cap. The holiday’s sentiment is communicated clearly through the use of kisses on cotton twill fabric used on both the pockets and the 5-panel snapback. As an additional offering, we’re delivering 1 custom designed box of assorted chocolates to the lucky 10th customer!  The box of chocolates is a one of one and has a new, unreleased Akomplice logo on it of a decapitated Flamingo! (Nothing says “I love you” like a chopped bird).  This is the first clue of an upcoming series we’ll be releasing in the coming months! Happy Valentine’s Day!

Akomplice is proud to be involved in Dilla Day Detroit, happening this Saturday at the famous Fillmore Detroit. To celebrate the event we are teaming up with our homies at Double Up to give away two VIP passes! Last night, Akomplice and Snowboard Magazine threw the SIA trade show after party at the Summit Music Hall in Denver, which went off. Now let’s go hard in Santa Barbara at the Akomplice flagship store. Not to long ago we presented Ricky Powell, and this Thursday we will have legendary Michael Miller in the building to do a photo exhibition. Miller has shot artists like Eazy E, Tupac, Snoop, and Ice Cube, to name a few. Any head know his work and the marks he’s made on the game. Only this time the whole shop will be part of the show, with the Fuzion glass shop downstairs as well as the Akomplice shop upstairs.
