No you are not seeing double, and no this is not a re-post.  This is our homie Doug Bradley who is on the AK team for BMX racing.  He just emailed in this pic of his new Free Yourself calf tattoo.  We feel honored to be repped this way.  Tara at Iron Lion Tattoo in Cranston, RI did the work.

Akomplice At Marble Fest

August 8th, 2011

Right after the hustle and bustle of exhibiting at Agenda Tradeshow in Huntington Beach, it was time to hit a flight to CO.  Pumped up after a very successful show, brothers Mike, Patrick, and *Shawn, hopped on a flight to Denver where they met up with DJ Large Child for a ride up to Marble Fest in Carbondale, CO.  Now, Marble Fest might be the realest festival I have ever been to, it was like the festival your parents always told you about in the 70’s.  No police, a beautiful spot way up in the mountains, no cell service, $4.00 hamburgers, moonshine, cowboys doing back flips off of speakers, lots of trees, and of course hippie chicks.  The drastic contrast from being at the epicenter of the skate, surf, and street world to the middle of the mountains was radical.

Picture of Mike and Shawn hittin’ a climb before a swim in the freezing cold crystal river.

*For anyone who doesn’t know Shawn he is Mike and Patrick’s half Colombian brother.

H-Town Sneaker Summit

July 27th, 2011

My people from the H-Town Sneaker Summit in Houston are hosting their Biannual sneaker/lifestyle event this Sunday the 31st at the Houston Rockets Stadium. This Picture was taken in Houston when I was on my 3 week cross country tour back in April. I was in the middle of a sales meeting at Premium Goods when Bun B stopped by just to say “what’s up” since I was in town. I was so honored and humbled to have a legend like Bun B stop by to say what’s good. My tour was already amazing and this really was the icing on the cake. The H-Town crew really held me down and came with me to all my sales meetings. Big shouts to them. I am going to do another post on Texas soon. I really fell in love with a state I didn’t think I would even like. True shit. Check after the jump for flyer and more details.
