As you may already know, we recently came together with popular Japanese streetwear brand KIKSTYO to release “The Tokyo Crimes” series. The series is a flip on our former collaboration with Ricky Powell, “The New York Crimes.” Checkout the amazing photography of Akomplice affiliate Yudai Maruyama, and take a glimpse into the collection after the jump.
On Saturday (8-17-13) Pretty Lights played the second of two sold out shows at the legendary Red Rocks Amphitheater in Morrison, Colorado. Pretty Lights artist Michal Menert was spotted rocking the just released “Roses” during his first set, as he proceeded to bring the house down in a major way. If you can’t tell from the pictures, Michal gets super busy onstage. Catch Michal in a town near you on his self-headlined “Space Jazz” tour. Kwami was born in Ghana, Africa and lived there until he was 11 years old. He then moved to Utah when he was in 5th grade and picked up skating. He’s now 19 years old and has been skating for 8 years. Big ups to Kwami! Check more photos of Kwami getting buck after the jump!
Our homies at BallerStatus.com got a chance to swing by our booth at this year’s Agenda in Long Beach, California. In this short video, we see Patrick Liberty showing a preview of a few hot items from our forthcoming seasons. Also, he announces the J Dilla collab. Please forgive Mr. Liberty for calling the bucket hat a 5 panel… trade shows can get rather busy and hectic.
