ORDERS
– If your package is lost please contact OnlineStore@Akomplice-Clothing.com

– After order is in processing we cannot make any changes. If you’d like us to cancel an order please contact OnlineStore@Akomplice-Clothing.com with your order number and we’ll see if we can help.

SHIPPING
After payment has been successfully collected orders will ship within 2-4 business days, unless a special circumstance exists. We ship Monday through Friday.

RETURNS
-A full refund is offered for all online orders shipped within the USA as long as the items are in brand new condition with original packaging and tags. We do not cover shipping, international is a case by case.

-All exchanges must be processed as returns and then the customer can buy a new item separately.

-We must receive your return back to our California warehouse within 22 days from the date we shipped. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.

-After we receive your return, please allow 10-15 business days for your refund to post to your account.

-Returns should be made like below:

  1. Package your item into a proper mailer with your order confirmation you received at time of purchasing, write “RETURN” in CAPS at top of slip.
  2. Send the package to: Akomplice – 18343 Sherman Way, Reseda, CA 91335
  3. Send us tracking information to OnlineStore@Akomplice-clothing.com

-We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, if we suspect misuse and abuse of our policy.
